Pseudomyxoma Survivor Email Whitelist Instructions

Imagine waiting for an important email, never getting it, and finding it in your junk folder months later. It’s so frustrating.

The way round this is to add the sender to your whitelist. A whitelist is a list of approved or safe email addresses that helps spam filters determine whether delivery is allowed. If you put a sender on your whitelist, their email is guaranteed to be received.

If you do not see an email from Pseudomyxoma Survivor in your Inbox, our email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder.

Please open your spam folder and if you find an email from Pseudomyxoma Survivor, open it and mark it as “Not spam”

Gmail

Click the gear icon in Gmail and select “See all settings” from the Quick settings menu. Navigate to “Filters and Blocked Addresses” in the top menu. Select “Create a new filter“. Add pseudomyxomasurvivor.org in the “From” field. Click “Create filter“. Check “Never send it to Spam” in the checkbox. Click “Create filter“.

Outlook

Click the gear icon in Outlook and select “View all Outlook settings“. Select “Mail” from the settings menu. Choose “Junk email” from the submenu. Click “Add” under “Safe senders and domains“. Enter pseudomyxomasurvivor.org. Choose “Save“.

Yahoo

Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account. Navigate to “Settings” then click “More”. Select “Filters” and hit “Add” to enter hello@pseudomyxomasurvivor.org as the email you’d like to whitelist. Name the filter and add the email address. Select to send all mail to “Inbox”. Save your settings.

AOL

Log in to your AOL account. Open “Contacts” from the left navigation pane. Click the “New Contact” icon and add the email address.Click the “Add Contact” button and you’re done.
