A poem was shared in our support group today which reminds us that some days we can’t put a brave face on it and that’s okay.  This beautiful poem by Laura Ding-Edwards is available to buy Rainbow Roots website. £1 from every sale will be donated to MIND, the UK mental health charity.

This is for anyone who needs a reminder that it’s okay to have a rest today. If you need someone who understands how you’re feeling, our support group has lots of help.
