Pseudomyxoma Survivor is supporting Rare Disease UK’s Pledge for Patients in the run-up to the UK General Elections.

In order to ensure that those affected by rare conditions get access to the right care and treatment after the next General Election, we need your help. Along with Rare Disease UK, we’re asking patients, family members, and those working in the field of rare diseases to write to their prospective parliamentary candidates and ask them to sign the pledge card, agreeing to work on behalf of their constituents who are affected by these conditions during the next parliament! By signing the pledge card Rare Disease UK will have a signed commitment to use to hold each elected member to account. All the information, including a template letter and help finding candidates, can be found on the Pledge for Patients website.

Candidates can sign the Pledge for Patients here.
